Preparing for the 4th Trimester! Educating Parents on Baby Care, Feeding, Sleep and Beyond!
The goal of this class is to educate and support new and expanding families on ways that will help them understand their own goals and values as parents, thus equipping and empowering them to parent in the best way for their family. Parents are presented with evidence-based information along with options and resources from an expert in postpartum education. We want families to have a smooth transition into parenthood so they can parent their newborn with confidence!
